Tips to transform your table decor using wooden and cane trays
People often tend to sit across coffee tables or dining tables in living/dining rooms for conversations and hence these tables are a major center of attraction ,attention and focus in these rooms. If you are enthusiastic about decorating these tables in a proper manner ,then you can elevate the ambience of the whole room. Moreover if you change the decor on your table regularly ,then that will bring in fresh look to your interiors.
One can create beautiful centerpieces to decorate and elevate table decor by mixing , matching and grouping various elements. Here are some tips to keep in mind while doing so.
- Use flowers and leaves or plants in beautiful pots, candles, or curios or vintage pieces
- Choose objects of varying heights, colours, textures that blend well
- Try using a rule of three (my favourite) while deciding the number of accessories to be grouped.
- MOST IMPORTANT: Place a tray on your table and arrange your group of decor accessories on the tray as this will provide a solid base and a different dimension to your table decor.
- Remember to use table runners especially for long tables.
